Sales Tax We collect sales tax for orders delivered to the following states: CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NM, NY, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA Delivery Charges Want to enjoy free shipping? It’s easy; just make sure that your order total is more than $50.00 (applies only to items that are shippable via UPS, with destination addresses within the contiguous 48 states.) Most orders less than $50.00 will incur a $7.99 shipping charge. Some products are deemed as Limited Location (LL) items. They are only stocked at a few locations around the country. Orders for LL items incur a $16.00 shipping charge if order total is under $50.00 . For items that are unable to ship via UPS, such as furniture and other larger items, shipping charges will be quoted on a per shipment basis. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges, and will be quoted on a per shipment basis. Delivery Times and Policies Your order will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). For items that cannot be shipped via UPS, a common freight forwarder will be delivering your order. We will contact you directly to make these arrangements. Your order will be delivered complete. However, occasionally your items may arrive in more than one shipment and charges may show as multiple transactions on your credit card statement. If you should need any additional specific delivery arrangements for your shipment, please contact customer service to arrange. Additional fees might apply.  We have 40 distribution centers nationwide, and that means that 9 of 10 customers live in areas we service and in most cases should receive their orders within just one to two business days. Expedited delivery times for each item are based on orders placed before 5 p.m. CT. Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 5 p.m. CT Monday through Friday (business days) will be processed the following business day. Products shipped via third party providers, such as furniture and large or heavy items require longer delivery lead times. We can service customers within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. At this time, we are unable to ship to Canada and international destinations. We are unable to accept orders from or deliver to inmates at correctional/prison facilities. We are also unable to ship to P.O. Boxes. FPO/APO orders DO NOT qualify for free freight. APO and FPO orders will be charged additional freight. Backorders and Discontinued Products You will be notified if an item you ordered becomes “currently unavailable” or discontinued by the manufacturer. One of our customer service specialists will gladly assist you in picking out a comparable product. |
