Payment Options
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer Google Checkout.

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax for orders delivered to the following states:
CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NM, NY, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA

Delivery Charges
The minimum order for FREE Shipping is $75.00, and applies only to items that are shippable via UPS. Orders less than $75.00 will incur a $9.66 shipping charge. For items that are unable to ship via UPS, such as furniture, shipping charges will be quoted on a per shipment basis.

Delivery Times and Policies
Your order will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). For items that cannot be shipped via UPS, a common freight forwarder will be delivering your order. We will contact you directly to make these arrangements.

If you should need any additional specific delivery arrangements for your shipment, please contact customer service to arrange. Additional fees may sometimes apply.




We have 40 distribution centers nationwide, and that means that 9 of 10 customers live in areas we service and in most cases should receive their orders within 1-2 business days.

Expedited delivery times for each item are based on orders placed before 5 p.m. CT.

Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 5 p.m. CT Monday through Friday (business days) will be processed the following business day.

Products shipped via third party providers, such as furniture and large or heavy items require longer delivery lead times. We service customers within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. At this time, we are unable to ship to Canada and international destinations.

FPO/APO orders DO NOT qualify for free freight. APO and FPO orders will be charged additional freight.

We are unable to accept orders from or deliver to inmates at correctional/prison facilities. Your order will be delivered complete. However, occasionally your items may arrive in more than one shipment and charges may show as multiple transactions on your credit card statement. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Backorders and Discontinued Products
You will be notified if an item you ordered becomes “currently unavailable” or discontinued by the manufacturer. One of our customer service specialists will gladly assist you in picking out an equivalent product.
