Refunds GorillaOfficeSupplies.com reserves the right to deny any return. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase. Returns If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines for various products sold on our site: Restocking Fees and Return Freight A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. Purchaser is responsible for freight costs to send products back to GorillaOfficeSupplies.com. Return Authorization All returns must be approved prior to shipment back to Gorilla Office Supplies. If approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us at returns@GorillaOfficeSupplies.com. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. We will refund your credit card once the product has been received and inspected. Non-Returnable Products Products in the following categories are non-returnable:
Damaged Products From time-to-time products may arrive damaged at our customer's location. Damaged items are returnable only if the issue is reported to Gorilla Office Supplies within 48 hours from the date that the order was received. Office Furniture Must be returned in the original packaging (including all components and manuals) within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items that are not eligible for return include Special order, manufacturer-direct, custom and preassembled furniture. Office Supplies All returns must be in “as-new” condition, and the original packaging, complete with manuals registrations cards, and accessories. Office supplies must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date or exchanged for an identical item. Please note we cannot accept returns for any liquid hand sanitizers or food products due to safety concerns and that all liquid hand sanitization and food products are non-refundable. Ink & Toner May be returned in the original, unopened packaging within 14 days of the original purchase date. Technology Products GorillaOfficeSupplies.com will only accept the return of technology products in the original packaging (including all accessories and manuals) within 14 days of the original purchase date. Opened technology products returned within the 14-day period will be subject to an additional 15% restocking fee. Defective technology products may be exchanged for the same item within 14 days of the original purchase date. Technology products consist of, but may not be limited to, computers (desktop, laptop or notebook), monitors, digital cameras, business machines, networking equipment, projectors, cash registers, digital picture frames, shredders and telephones. |
